What a lovely holiday home, breakfast on the terrace, pool next door, Caleta with lots of shops and places to eat. We hired a car and drove North to Corralejo - the dunes are well worth a visit. We drove South to Jandia and the views were equally beautiful. On the way back we called in at a small fishing village called La Lajita and had lunch at

a small restaurant right on the sea front - beautiful.........................

Warm and welcoming villa equipped with everything we needed. We visited many places and would highly recommend Betancuria, a quaint little village inland, El Cotillo for its fantastic lagoons and Corralejo for its old town and sand dunes. Casa Darisa is perfect, thanks for allowing us to share in your dream. There is everything you could want and once you've stayed here you'll have to book 5 star plus accommodation to get anything near to the comfort and luxury that Casa Darisa offers. Having the pool next door is fantastic. The zoo is a must and the free bus there and back, camel rides and shows are all great. This was our first time to Fuerteventura and we can say that it is favourite of all the Canary Islands. The people are so friendly and its very safe to walk around at night. We had a very enjoyable stay, the villa is beautiful, lovely finishing touches like the welcome drinks, towel animals, extra plug adaptors (I never seem to pack enough). All in all we had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed every minute even when the weather took a turn for the worse (but not for long) we still found plenty to do.
